Viktor&Rolf Spicebomb is a deliberately powerful, bold and sensual fragrance for men that follows Viktor&Rolf’s hugely successful Flowerbomb female scent. Perfumer Olivier Polge describes Spicebomb as ‘a combustion of spices made up of strong olfactory contrasts’ born of the incendiary encounter between two accords with virtually opposing tones: the first is an irresistibly addictive blend of chilli and saffron, combined with the masculine roundness of leather and tobacco, along with vetiver. The second is explosive, fusing zesty notes of bergamot and grapefuit with cold spices of elemi and pink pepper. The bottle depicts a grenade, reinvented in a glass sculpture with even, masculine facets, in colour codes of black, silver and grey. A black band surrounds the bottle as if to contain all the power and tension of the olfactory bomb it holds. The fragrance is released by priming the pin, which has been revisited with the Viktor&Rolf seal.
