Professional skincare brand Yon-Ka sponsored the High Achievers category at the London College of Beauty Therapy’s Student Awards 2012
Ten of the college’s 1500 students were announced as High Achievers and each won an exclusive one-day training workshop with Yon-Ka training manager, Elaine Bryant. The brand’s general manager, Alexis Wolkowinski, says: “We couldn’t be more pleased that we are able to recognise the hard work and achievements of these students and there’s no better way to reward them than by sharing our 55 years of skincare expertise. The awards were a great opportunity for us to see the beauty therapy industry can go from strength to strength, with so many talented and committed therapists just at the beginning of their careers.” Eileen Cavalier, OBE, CEO and founder of LCBT, says: “It is great that our learners gain this sort of exposure to top brands at such an early stage in their careers.”
