The scent opens with a cocktail of bergamot, chamomile and lavender, leading to a floral-spicy heart of carnation, cinnamon, geranium and rose de mai, with earthy base notes of amber, clary sage, oakmoss, patchouli and tonka bean. Housed in a stunning bottle, the scent is a rare celebration of tradition combined with stylish, modern taste. The fragrance was first introduced in 1882 but perfumer Roja Dove and senior perfumer of Givaudan, Rodrigo Flores-Roux, collaborated to revive the scent, re-creating it for today.
